Since coming I have managed to become more aware of my feelings and emotional state. I have been able to change this state before it spirals through [using] the methods I have learnt. I would definitely recommend these sessions to anyone. Thank you, Katerina.”

Katerina, thank you so much for our session yesterday.
I didn’t tell you before our session, however I had begun to feel gloomy and depressed again yesterday morning. Our talk and your insight and meditation got me through it, and I’m feeling fine again today.
[What helped me was] the understanding and acceptance that I can feel whatever is coming up for exactly what it is; that I can openly say what I’m afraid of and why and talk about how I might react or begin to react.
[Our session helped me] to stand up for myself. [It also helped me] to realise that I actually have to look at the situation from the other person’s point of view and try and truly face situations and people, even if it means stepping outside of my comfort zone.
Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate it.
‘Ed was looking forward to the workshop but woke up in the morning feeling a bit unwell due to hayfever and the fact that he hadn’t slept well. He was a bit nervous on the way as he worries about the ‘what ifs’ in new situations (such as what if we’re late, what if we can’t find the venue, what if I don’t know what to do) but at the end he asked if we could come to another workshop. He said the workshop had helped his hayfever and felt much better. He enjoyed the guided mediation and smelling the essential oils.’
‘I myself enjoyed spending time with Ed. I loved the guided mediation and felt relaxed at the end of the session.’
